The hotel offers spacious, luxurious rooms that are meticulously maintained, although the breakfast should be included for the price paid. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests despite some initial unfriendliness. The location is out of this world, close to many attractions but slightly disappointing due to ongoing refurbishments. Dining options are delicious but may not be sufficient for very hungry guests. The facilities are top-notch, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious and welcoming rooms with a gorgeous view and complimentary drinks and snacks. The service is outstanding with extremely friendly and helpful staff, even at odd hours. The location is excellent, just a block away from a vibrant foodie street, but there were some issues with rudeness in the Galaxy talks. Dining was top-notch with great waiting staff, although there were some hiccups for families upon arrival. Overall, a great value for money stay with minor drawbacks.

I was thrilled with the hotel's prime location, surrounded by a plethora of hotels like the Banyan Tree and JW Marriot. The room was beyond my expectations, with lavish amenities and a complimentary mini-bar. The service, however, was a bit slow in retrieving our booking information. The dining experience was good overall, with plenty of food variety to try. The huge shopping mall complex where the hotel is located adds a vibrant touch to the stay.
